Bus Tour (Asahikawa City → Venue → Asahikawa City Area)

We will gather at the meeting place early in the morning and take the bus to the venue.
　　This is a round-trip bus tour from Asahikawa to the venue

It is not possible to use public transportation to and from the convention venue.
The number of trains that can be used is small, and above all, the departure and arrival stations and the venue are 10K apart.
If you do not use your own car or rental car, please use this tour
7/13 Stay at a hotel in Asahikawa by yourself
7/14 Meet at 1:30 a.m.

7/14 Asahikawa - venue round trip (60K target players) Recruitment 20 or more people are required.

1:30 a.m. Depart from the meeting point (meeting point will be at a later date)
About 90 minutes to the tournament venue Reception from 2:30
Round-trip bus fare 9500 yen (breakfast and onigiri service available at the venue)
 

7/14 Asahikawa - venue round trip (40K target players) 20 or more people are required.

7/14 Depart from the meeting point at 5:30 a.m. (40K target athletes) (meeting point will be at a later date)
About 90 minutes to the convention venue Reception 6:45
Round-trip bus fare 9500 yen (breakfast and onigiri service available at the venue)
* Both buses may be canceled if there are more than 20 people on both buses.
* Please note that if the 40k course bus has less than 20 people, you may have to take the 60k course bus
 
On the way back
After the tournament, the bus will depart from the venue for Asahikawa (Asahikawa Airport) at 4 p.m. If you are a tour user and cannot reach the finish line at 4 o'clock from the venue, the staff will transport you to Shirataki, which is the departure and arrival station of public transportation, or you will be transferred to Asahikawa in a staff car after the race. However, please be aware that you may not be able to board the last flight from Asahikawa Airport.
